Guns, drugs and stolen items seized in Pattaya crime suppression operation

Five people have been arrested and a collection of drugs, guns and stolen items have been seized by Banglamung Police in a pre-Songkran Crime Suppression Operation conducted around the Bangamung area. Police Lieutenant General Panya, the Commissioner of Region 2 Police led a press conference at Banglamung Police Station on Wednesday afternoon to announce the arrest of the 5 individuals aged between 20 and 42. They were caught in separate operations which resulted in the seizure of 990 Yabba Tablets, 83.1g of Crystal Methamphetamine, 4 guns and 201 bullets. A stolen CCTV system was also seized. The general thanks Banglamung Police Chief, Police Colonel Somnook and his team for their continued successes in suppressing crime in the area and the Colonel vowed to continue the fight during the Songkran Festival period.
