Semi-conscious Middle-Eastern Man found on Dongtan Beach in Jomtien

In the early hours of Tuesday Morning medical staff at Banglamung Hospital alerted Police after they admitted a semi-conscious foreign man who had been picked-up by rescue workers behind the Pattaya Park Hotel on Dongtan Beach in Jomtien. The man was found by passers-by, lying close to a tree. He was carrying no forms of identification and no money. No one remembered seeing the man arrive and rescue workers could not detect an odor of alcohol, which suggests he may have been drugged and robbed. The unknown man, of middle-eastern origin and aged around 45 was taken to Hospital as a precaution and will be questioned by Police later on Tuesday.
