Local man charged with rape of minor

On Monday evening police from the Women and Child Rights Protection Center unit based at Banglamung station, acting on an warrant issued on 6 March, arrested a 36-year-old Thai male in Laem Chabang and charged him with raping an 11-year-old Thai female. The arrest warrant was issued after the mother of the 11-year-old girl made a formal complaint at the police station. The man is the stepfather of the girl but he denied the charges laid against him. He will appear in court in coming days to defend the accusation.

There are no excuses for this. He is a 36 year old male and has the choice of 20,000 prostitutes in Pattaya to choose from. I say lock him up then after proper mental health checks (he might be insane) then, if he is sane his testicles should be removed surgically and be preserved in formaldehyde. Following a suitable time span, these testicles should be allowed to calcify then be carefully molded (by a qualified jeweller) into a pair of attractive ear-rings, then be presented to the rape victim on her 21st birthday. Just my thoughts on the matter.
