On Thursday Morning at the Pacific Park Village in North Pattaya, we joined Rescue Workers who were called in to remove a snake that was caught in an exposed drainage hole. A Fire Rescue Unit was also called in to assist with the rescue as the snake was too far down the pipe. The decision was made to fill the hole with water and literally flush the snake out. The plan worked and the 5 meter long Python weight around 20kgs was eventually removed from the area to the relief of local residents who initially spotted the snake in the area. The snake was taken to the Pattaya Snake Farm where it will be cared for, for the rest of its days.
