Female Drug Dealer caught at Bus Stop north of Pattaya

Over the weekend, Police from Banglamung received a tip-off that a Thai Woman was waiting at a bus stop on the Sukumvit Road and was waiting for someone who she was going to sell class 1 drugs to. Police surrounded the Bus Stop and arrested Khun Boonmee aged 27 who was found to be in possession of 52 Yabba Tablets and 4 packets of Crystal Methamphetamine. She was also found to be carrying 8,510 Baht in cash which was seized as part of the arrest. Back at the Police station she confessed to selling the Yabba Tablets but claimed the 4 packets of Crystal Meth were not hers and she was only holding them for a friend. She claimed that she was forced into selling drugs so she could purchase milk for her two young children as her Husband had run away from her and did not offer any financial support for their children. Khun Boonmee was charged with possession of class 1 drugs with intent to sell and will appear in court later this week.
