Police Meeting at Pattaya City Hall. |
|||||
On Wednesday Afternoon at Pattaya City Hall, Police Colonel Nopadon, the Chief of Pattaya Police chaired a meeting of Pattaya Police Officers to discuss issues of safety for residents and tourists who stay in Pattaya. The Officers were told to undertake their duties in a professional manner and to be on the lookout for anything suspicious. Cars and Motorbikes without number plates are of particular concern to the Colonel who explained that occupants of the cars and drivers of the motorbikes with no number plates have either stolen the vehicles or do not wish their vehicles to be identified for other sinister reasons. The Traffic Police Officers were told to pay particular attention to motorbike theft which is on the increase here in Pattaya. All motorbikes pulled over by the Traffic Police, however minor the offences, must be fully documented and full details of the drivers must be taken in case they can be connected to other cases which may happen in the future or have occurred in the past. |
