German Tourist attacked and robbed by transsexual on Pattaya Beach. |

Just before dawn on Friday, Police Major Witaya from Pattaya Police Station made his way to the front of the Nova Lodge Hotel in Central Pattaya to investigate an attack and robbery involving a German Tourist. Police met with the 55 year old man who had sustained a minor head injury. He explained that as he was walking along the road, he was approached by a transsexual who suggested the pair go back to his Hotel. The victim agreed a price of 500 Baht and the pair made their way to his Hotel. On the way, the transsexual snatched his mobile phone and attempted to run away. The German man shouted for help and during this time, he was struck over the head with an empty beer bottle. The transsexual fled the scene with the mobile phone. The injured tourist decided not to register the incident at Pattaya Police Station and instead made his way to the Hospital for treatment. |
